Since the elections are coming up, I present you with the neighborhood billboard.

Eeeny, meeny, miney, mo....

 

These are set up at the entrance to neighborhoods. No random plastering of campaign posters everywhere. This measure does not, however, spare them from being defaced by anonymous constituents.
