For Customer Service, Press "Un, Deux, Trois et #!$&"

Photoshop much?

I will stop laughing in a second . . .

The picture above accompanies this article on the latest in French Customer Service. Apparently, when you travel through Orly airport you can talk to one of the staff. Oh wait, a hologram of one of the staff.

I'm thinking : Is it not hard enough to get a coherent answer from the real staff, that now we can enjoy the trials and tribulations in holographic form? Are we going to witness scenes of bleary-eyed passengers physically fighting with the wind?

Passenger : My luggage didn't show up on the belt. Where is the "lost and found?"
Hologram : "Je vous souhaite un excellent voyage . ."

I've usually flown out of Roissy/Charles de Gaulle which in my book is already a largely self-service airport. Call me a skeptic, but I think I'd rather that than a little disservice with a smile . . .
