My Inner Geek

Growing up, one of the things I enjoyed most was getting all my gear ready for the new school year. Remember Trapper Keepers? Heck, remember lunch boxes?
Something about newly sharpened pencils and crisp notebooks appealed to my inner geek. I like cool pens and things like Tippex/White-Out that comes in a roll so you don't have the icky brush to worry about.  Since I'm confessing already let me just add that I love making lists, have been known to alphabetize my books and am obsessive about symmetry and the grouping rule of 3 or 5 but not 4. Don't hide, I know at least one of you knows about the grouping rule! Don't worry! I'm in therapy . . . I blog!

So now that, ahem, I'm not in school anymore, I get to vicariously live out my school supply dreams through my daughter. I now present you a pencil sharpener with a cool though slightly superfluous feature  :
