The Surprise is in the Packaging, Kinderling . . .

Oeuf Kinder (uhf Kinder=Kinder egg)
Bate-sat Kinder in the local language.

Have you ever wondered what Kinder eggs look like in other countries? In America they've been banned because of the choking hazard that comes with the inclusion of small toys to an otherwise edible treat. Originally the toy comes in a capsule which is inside a hollow chocolate egg.  As you can see, in The Land, there is no chocolate egg.

All plastic

The chocolate egg is, in fact, two halves of a plastic egg. The half on the left contains the treat, the one on the right, the toy.

Both my children enjoyed eating the treat with the spatula (think two Ferrero Rocher minis in white chocolate) and it was much cleaner than having chocolate egg bits all over the place. It responds to that obsessive need of mine for things to be symmetrical, organized, and easy to clean.

What's your verdict? Chocking hazard Kinder or OCD Kinder?
