It's interesting that someone could have a thriving business based on one.single.confection. These are all the rage in Paris even though they originated in Lille, where Frederic Vaucamp invented the recipe. Available at only two locations, there are often lines outside the hole-in-the-wall boutiques. So what's the big deal?
